The Academy Fee Includes:
Academy Fees are based on ten students in each session. "Student" is defined as anyone who studies Spanish, including family members and youth. Fees will vary with fewer than ten.
Airfare is not included.
Fee for a private room is Single occupancy - TBD
Fee for a shared room is Double occupancy - TBD per person
- Group pick up from and delivery to airport, with afternoon flight arrival; Note: Arrival and Departure at any other time may result in a charge for service.
- Home stay: Private or shared room; boarding for two weeks with three meals a day, except Sundays;
- Language Instruction: Five-hour Spanish language instruction M - F per week; all texts and materials;
- Culture: Guided cultural study with tour admissions; hands-on activities; school visit when available;
- Excursion: Day trip to the pyramids of Teotihuacán, includes transportation, guided tours, museum admissions.
- Note: Additional excursions available to Guanajuato, San Miguel de Allende and/or Pueblo Mágico, Bernal; additional fee applies and will vary depending on the number traveling; paid at the school.
- Note: Third week available to add a practicum or an additional week of language study. Extra fees apply.

1) American Airlines flies from Phoenix, through Dallas to Querétaro.
2) United flies through Houston, to Querétaro for a similar airfare.
3) Volaris Airways is an inexpensive alternative.
Volaris flies directly from Phoenix to Guadalajara or Mexico City. From these airports, you will take a first-class bus to Querétaro. The trip is about 4 to 5 hours, but is very comfortable. From the Querétaro bus station, you will take a taxi to your homestay (about $5 to $7 USD).
